Application that minimizes the use of the mouse, and allows easy fast input
direct from the keyboard. Multiple input formats that allow different groups of
employees to be entered in the most suitable format for that group. Option to use default timecards for input by exception
only. Option for no-input salaried employees. Date-sensitive rates set-up allows for automatic
rate-changes for hourly paid or salaried personnel, even if effective in the
middle of a pay period. Automatic recognition of Statutory Holidays, and advance
entry of planned Vacation and other time. Provision for a ‘Payroll Only’ simplified Chart of Accounts
within the full structure, for quicker, faster, more flexible input. Unlimited Pay Items for earnings, deductions and
benefits, with user-defined rules of calculation. Allows easy implementation
of any Union Agreement. Inquiries that show Year-to-date amounts, pay cheque and
direct deposit amounts for any employee for any period in the past. Flexible user-defined totaling, accrual formats, and Pay

make bank transfers unworkable. Ability to pass both hours and dollars to a Work Order and
Project Control tracking system. Provision for on-screen presentation of all reports,
cheques, pay advices and even Government Documents before printing. Preparation and printing of Records of Employment. Tracking of equipment hours, and equipment cost
recovery, within the payroll. Payroll is multi-group and multi-company, and includes the
ability to tax on a multi-provincial or multi-state basis. And the US System
matches the Canadian version, so multi-national countries can utilize a
